Not receiving full refund
Not receiving full refund. I ordered Bvlgari Tygar since they're the only ones I found that have the 100ml bottle. I checked the batch code, and it was an almost 5-year-old bottle, so I tried returning it for a new one. I emailed them, and they had terrible communication. I sent the item back and ended up getting a partial refund. DO NOT buy from Fragrance Lord unless you're willing to risk possibly getting an older batch and a partial refund.

I recently purchased the Bianco Latte…
I recently purchased the Bianco Latte Gardini de Toscana Body Lotion from this company, expecting it to have the same signature fragrance as the perfume. Unfortunately, the lotion has little to no scent, which was very disappointing.

Doesn’t honor rewards program… doesn’t respond to emails… cancels orders for items that are still in stock but won’t explain why…
