Omg, FAKE
Omg, it’s my birthday and I was able to get a designer fragrance as a gift from my hubby. Sadly, I have the exact fragrance line box from a different scent I bought a few weeks ago from Nordstrom. The boxes on the outside are totally different. The font, the style is totally different. Also, can’t find upc code online. It’s a fake. BEWARE!!!! Update: called this place and worst customer service ever. No apology for fake or ruining my birthday! BUYER BEWARE!! The worst!

First time I had any trouble from…
First time I had any trouble from Fragrance Lord the order seemed to have trouble from the start ordered three travel sprays paid for ups ground received a email it was coming usps but talked to Fragrance Lord and we got that corrected then when shipped received a email I would be refunded one of my travel sprays which no big deal but when my order arrived one of the travel sprays was not what I ordered hopefully we can get this corrected the order was delivered fast and I know things can happen will let you know how it turns out…April 7 still nothing I sent the wrong part of the order back they received it on April 2 and I have sent 3 emails to Fragrance Lord with no response guessing I’m not going to receive the right cologne or refund for not receiving it….

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. They sent me an incorrect item. I tried ordering Amourage guidance 46 and they sent me Amourage and then tried to act as if it was 46. I know this to be true because I own Amourage. Then they took longer than expected and when I emailed the company no response. I believe if I didn’t own amourage they would have tried to make me think I did try Amourage 46. Then I went back to the site and Amourage 46 was out of stock. Instead of asking me if I wanted the original they tried to fool me. Not good customer support and also deceiving
