Your order was placed on February 11 as a pre-order item, which means the product was scheduled to ship once the inventory arrived. Unfortunately, the restock took longer than expected. Because of this delay, our team decided to cancel the order and issue a full refund on February 25 so that you would not have to wait any longer. Regarding the delay, I wanted to provide some context: Pre-Order Status: As mentioned in our previous email regarding this pre-order item, there was a scheduled wait time which you agreed to at checkout. Weather Impact: We experienced a severe storm here in New Jersey last week. Our facility was heavily impacted by the weather, which halted our ability to get packages out the door temporarily. Next Steps: Please allow the tracking system until tomorrow to update. If you do not see an update by then, please reply to this email immediately, and I will issue a replacement for you right away.
