Quick, cheap and great product.

Extremely happy with the product items got to my home fast packaging was on point no damage boxes everything was protected.

Fragflex was the only grey market dealer that had the fragrance I wanted. The interface was easy enough. The shipping was relatively smooth and the price was great. The reason for the 3 star rating is because my fragrance came with a broken cap, and thats because the way it was packaged. I would say honest mistake, but I noticed they have another option to have your order packaged more securely...but for an additional charge. Wtf? So basically, they packaged my order incorrectly intentionally, so they can try to upsell me on a future order? If you can charge me to package my order correctly, why not just pack it correctly in the first place? I've never seen another perfumer try to upsell "better packing" for standard shipping. Seems a little shady and is just enough to keep me from giving any real loyalty to their company. I may give them another shot in the future, if it's a fragrance thats impossible to find, but honestly I'd rather pay a few more bucks to someone else if they are actually aboveboard.

While I eventually received a satisfactory selection of samples after weeks of delays and most of my previous orders were fulfilled correctly, my recent experience has been disappointing. I regret placing a large order with this company instead of a competitor with more reliable customer service. Upon checkout, I applied an 11% discount code, bringing the total to $173.39. Although the transaction was initially approved, it was redirected; when I resubmitted it, the discount was removed without notice, resulting in a higher final charge. This process is deceptive. Management has shifted blame to both PayPal and me, offering only a generic discount code that is widely available to the public. Furthermore, the suggestion that I utilize my earned loyalty points to offset this discrepancy is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of genuine effort to resolve this issue. I advise prospective customers to review negative consumer feedback carefully before purchasing, as these reports highlight significant operational concerns and present a more accurate big picture of the experience that you could have. I have found this experience to be unprofessional and exclusionary, and I recommend that those similarly affected consider filing formal complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau, or pursuing a chargeback through their financial institution. There are so many other companies to buy fragrances from you wonder why they would want to be so discriminatory and dishonest to persons with severe disabilities.
