Wanted to say thank you. The picture turned out beautifully. The picture was of my cat Simon. He passed away on July 3rd of this year. He lived 20 years and was my baby.

Couldn’t ask for more. 100% of what was promised was delivered and hanging the 4 pic group was a breeze with the template.

Not impressed. My high resolution picture turned out blurry and low quality. The colors are over saturated. The blurriness may have been due to the large size I ordered but I’d would have preferred to have gotten notified that the image may turn out at a lower resolution or something first.

The order and shipping process was easy to use. The pictures though came out darker than I was expecting. For a $100 purchase, I'm somewhat disappointed.

Disappointed…55$ for a tiny inferior product

Stunning! What more can I say? Well actually their customer support rocks! Best I’ve come across. No hassle to change to a different frame color after receiving our order. We didn’t care for the frame color we chose. Great company that does a great job & actually cares about their product & customers!

Coloring is horrible, not a professional print job at all. The skin tone is pink. I contacted the company but haven't heard back.

The picture came out beautiful and the quality is good, the only reason I gave it 4 stars is due to the expense, really can't do this often as it is very expensive
