Our picture arrived and the picture itself is very washed out. The support team sent an updated one, with no charge! Appreciate them taking an opportunity to fix the print.

These photo's are the coolest thing since sliced bread. I had my oldest son's wedding photo's done as a wedding gift. I accidentally had them shipped to my own address and that was the best mistake that I've made so far this year even though it cost me quite a bit more to get them sent on to my son and daughter-in-law but I had the chance to check them out and the quality is outstanding!

It wasn't that great. My picture was too light and not at all what I believe I uploaded. I should have the option to edit through your website or have a digital editor made simple changes: in my case, this print was too light. I didn't have the option to crop either.

Could not be easier to order. Select a photo, crop if necessary, pick a size, order. Be sure to get the matte finish as it makes a difference in my opinion. Cost is good as well. Looked at a few other sites and they were slightly more for a product that didn’t quite look as good. Also got the tabletop stand, which is nice. Will definitely order more to add to the three I already have.
