I am not sure you really want to know. I sent one photo to try you out. it was a photo of a dock on a lake with mist on the water. In the mist is a swan which is clearly visible on the photo. However it is not visible in your glass version. also when trying to sign up for your service and add photos to your internal file I had a great deal of trouble accomplishing either and was never able to send the photo I wanted to send. I emailed your customer service and said I could not get past the instructions as they didn't seem to work . The response was essentially that you have no way of helping except to tell me to use the online instructions which were opaque to me. In other words it was tough luck buddy, we can't help. I don't think I can use you again ,

Besides quality work, their customer service is outstanding. My order got stuck in the postal system, so they fedex'ed me a new one immediately. And the agent was extremely nice and efficient.

All good but unfortunately it cracked (my fault). So it's at the dump! Oh well! ***** Frank

I had a photo that went to the edge and I was afraid it was going to get cut off when printing and I really wanted it to look exactly like the original. Well Customer Service was Awesome, they helped get it to where it needed to be! It looks just like the original. Quality Plus! They went above and beyond!! Definitely will be a repeat customer! I have had my photos sent to Fractire for quite a few years now. I love the way they look. This latest was my 13th to have set on glass. It will not be the last.

This is a good company to work with. They do what they say they will do, and I found out they will do even more than they say they will do. My experience was I had a small countertop portrait made several years ago which recently I knocked down when dusting. It broke. Unfortunately, I no longer had the photo so I thought it would be lost. I messaged Fracture hoping they might still have the pic on file......They did! And, they offered to make me a new one at no charge! I had the new one in about a week. I was a satisfied customer before that happened. I will be a future customer.
