Service was OK but communications could have been better. Ending up delivering day early and had to be delivered to an alternate location which caused me to load and haul it 2 hours into the mountains. Trip was shorter but bill was not reduced.

Very happy with the service we received from FR8Star and Brock Transportation.

Despite a few delays, delivery went smoothly; Victor was great--readily accessible by phone to keep an eye on things when delays occurred. The driver was friendly and competent. Marjorie in the office was also great to work with on payment details.

We requested a quote to drive a vehicle from Pennsylvania to Port Elizabeth in New Jersey, Monday March 20, the company that quoted closest to our budget was DAPA LOGISTIC, accepting that the vehicle was driven, and in the time that we had indicated in our request which was Wednesday the 22nd. We were not aware of the weight of the vehicle, for this reason it was placed that it be driven, and an email was shared with them where the auction place only indicated the size. On Tuesday the 21st they began to insist that it be transported on a flatbed, but we insisted that the vehicle could be driven, so they said it was easier with their flatbed trucks. Then they informed that payment had to be made in cash to the driver and to them with a credit card. We did not have physical persons in NY where the truck had to be delivered, so it was difficult for us, and they did not have people who could receive the money by transfer . Until in the afternoon it was achieved, but they really did not have anyone to pick up, he told them that they had to provide the name of the driver and the license in time to authorize the delivery to where the truck was located and they did not have anyone and so They kept me until Friday the 24th, with the carrier almost in front of where our truck was, I told them at that moment that I did not authorize them to deliver the truck, because with only a few minutes I had to authorize the delivery and that way they could not work. The place was almost closing, and it was authorized, to the surprise the carrier reported that it could not be done because the truck for its platform, which was very small, exceeded the weight. We had to pay US$600.00 for a bad service where we felt pressured and even threatened and we spent money on calls and something that had not been stipulated at the beginning and we had to accept due to the pressure.

I was not notified with pictures when shipment was picked up. I found out via card withdrawal. I was not notified when the shipment was delivered which was the next morning. I was fortunate to have someone at drop location to unload. Load delivered safely and dispatch apologized for confusion so I'm giving 3 stars instead of 2.

Picked wrong company. Still haven't got my delivery after more than 3 weeks. But I am top priority LOL

Shipper was very prompt and fairly priced. Unfortunately some parts that seller said were on the load were missing when it was delivered, the main one being part of the snow plow kit that made it unusable.
