I did not have very good delivery service for spending extra money for it. It was a holiday and a bad time to judge this fairly. The Himalaya V1 does not seem to be worth the $30 that I paid for it, but the flex nib is very nice.

I purchased two Himalaya V2 pens with steel EF ultra-flex nibs. I've had them for several months now and I have to say I love them. I use them for drawing and they can lay down lines from super-wide to very fine. I'm a big fan of the cosmetic appearance of the pens as well. The wide variety of color swirls definitely influenced my decision to buy two. Well, that and the heavily discounted sale prices! My only criticism is that one of the caps doesn't want to stay screwed on tight. Might a bit of beeswax remedy this? To conclude, very happy with my purchase, would recommend, especially if you want serious flex in your nib!

Everything always shows up as advertised. The nibs work great. The ultra flex is super fun for calligraphy and the extra fine writes pretty well on printer paper. I've had some trouble with the muft pens that came free with some orders. Neither worked well and both leaked from the nib, but I didn't pay for those so it's not a huge deal. Ober all a great company with some unique products at an un bested price.
