OK. Inked up the pen and it did not write. Heat set the pen and it did not write. Removed nib from feeder, brought nib tines closer together with a a little muscle manipulation and reset. Did not write. That's 3 break down and cleanings. Removed nib from feeder used blade to clear feeder grooves and enlarge channels. Now pen writes. That's 4 break downs and cleanings. Is it just me or does this seem a little excessive to get a BRAND new pen to function? OK I should have called FRP and had back and forth chats and returns etc spanning days or weeks. At the end of the day problem was solved. Oh....and I like the pen.

The pen itself doesn't have a solid feel and the appearance/coloring is underwhelming. The feel on paper is acceptable but not great. The initial impression upon taking it out of the mailing bag is poor. While I appreciate not wasting expense on elements that will become thrown away, wrapping it in a kind of styrofoam material held closed by a rubber band is chintzy. You can do better.

When I bought the pens it wasn't explained to me that thet were eyedropper refilled. Very annoying. Had to order other stuff and review a video. They could have told me this before my purchase

Honestly, the nibs were not great. I purchased 3 nibs and 2 of them were scratchy right out of the box. The ink I got was nice and easy. But I don't think I'll come back to get nibs here again.

Should have told me that there was to be no ink cartridge and no way or instructions on how to fill pen. I got two shells of pens so not sure what the clear plastic model is for. And especially nice was no instructions...just a 0lastic bag with two unusable pens.... I just pitched them 8n the trash and mark my mistake as well as warn everyone to stayaway from you.

Received these ultra flex nibs and was not impressed by their flex or the flow to the nib. I wouldn’t recommend buying these. There have to be better flex nibs!

The flex nib doesn't really flex and the extra fine nib replacement isn't really extra fine. Also the ink doesn't flow out quickly enough to keep up with fast drawing or writing so it skips.
