I was looking for an Opus 88 Clear Demonstrator on sale. FPR had it listed for $108. I added it to the cart. Got a popup for new customers: save 10%. I wasn't sure if the coupon would work for a sale item, so I added the coupon to the cart: price updated to $97.20. Cool! However, as soon as I went to check out, the base price suddenly jumped back up to $120, minus the 10% for a total of $108. I tried again by starting all over; same result. Went to my desktop computer and started from scratch; same result. First I'd get the sale + discount price, then at final checkout the price jumped back up to the normal price minus the first-time 10% off. I understand that sometimes coupon codes cannot be combined with sale prices, but repeatedly both the sale plus the 10% discount showed in the cart, until I went to check out and suddenly it changed. I tried a total of five times on DIFFERENT DEVICES — so it was not a “browser issue.” Not sure if this is some kind of bait-and-switch, but I'm not impressed as a first-time "almost" customer -- probably will never order from this company, if this is how they do business.

I got the sample packet and I chose two inks that looked amazing. I very carefully loaded my pen, and I do write a lot, and the ink just came out blue. I bought a green ink with sparkles. I was excited to try this and had bought it for my birthday. It's usable. It's functional. But every sample I've loaded even though I clean my pen just comes out boring blue. Maybe the bottles are different? But all the samples I got that I've used so far are just boring boring blue. What a disappointment! 😖.

This is a very dishonest company. I bought a fountain pen. It stained my hand and ruined my shirt. I returned it and wanted my money back. I was only offered store credit for less than what I spent on their garbage pen. Stay away from this dishonest company. Buy from a reputable store. Even if it costs them more money, it was a waste of time and money. he is thieve. I dont know why the owner insist on store credit... i will feel more motivated to purchase again from your web page and do with my money what l want instead of store credit. I should be the one who decide what to do with my money ... store credit is more like. You have to buy my merchandise or l will steal your money is only $63 who loose more the the thieve or the buyer who will never.who Will never buy from you again and tell 20 or more people dont buy from you.. but is ok you can steal my money. I have bought pens from you in the past but I have to say this was the most disappointing purchase. The materials seem cheap. The weight and balance are off. Even the NIB writes like it’s of lower quality. Not sure if I’d ever buy from them again.

Not a good experience for me: Stub nib won't write; flex nib won't flex; I'm just overall dissatisfied. Pens are cheap, so I did not expect them to perform like expensive pens, but I did expect them to perform commensurate to price. FPR pens are just not for me. Sorry

Website was not correct as to stock out item and now waiting on long delivery. I keep getting text messages about buy one get one free offers. It seems like left hand does not know what the right hand is doing

Ink cartridges ordered from you don’t fit. Another brand also doesn’t fit.

When using the pen for the first time, it leaked ink through the nib onto the paper. Made a big mess. I need a new pen. Also the free one you sent with the one I purchased leaks also. Very disappointed. That pen was not cheap.
