I've placed several orders with FPR and while I've had a couple small hiccups, Kevin has been very helpful in taking care of me. They stand behind their pens and offer great service. Kevin has also been very helpful in helping me understand FPs as this is a relatively new obsession for me. Many wonderful videos to help as well. Thanks for all you do! I will definitely be ordering more.

I was looking for an Opus 88 Clear Demonstrator on sale. FPR had it listed for $108. I added it to the cart. Got a popup for new customers: save 10%. I wasn't sure if the coupon would work for a sale item, so I added the coupon to the cart: price updated to $97.20. Cool! However, as soon as I went to check out, the base price suddenly jumped back up to $120, minus the 10% for a total of $108. I tried again by starting all over; same result. Went to my desktop computer and started from scratch; same result. First I'd get the sale + discount price, then at final checkout the price jumped back up to the normal price minus the first-time 10% off. I understand that sometimes coupon codes cannot be combined with sale prices, but repeatedly both the sale plus the 10% discount showed in the cart, until I went to check out and suddenly it changed. I tried a total of five times on DIFFERENT DEVICES — so it was not a “browser issue.” Not sure if this is some kind of bait-and-switch, but I'm not impressed as a first-time "almost" customer -- probably will never order from this company, if this is how they do business.

Hi KK, I am sorry to hear it. I assure you we are not doing anything fishy. Feel free to reach out and we are happy to help you get the price that was offered. I do however think it is regrettable that you jumped straight to accusations and negative reviews without even reaching out for help first. But seeing as how you have now edited your review twice and have not contacted me, it does not seem like you have any intention of handling this in a friendly manner All the best, Kevin

First time ordering from FPR. Fantastic store! Wish I’d discovered it earlier on in my fountain pens journey. Nibs and fountain pens are excellent quality. Great prices and customer service.

Easy to order, there is a great selection of pens and accessories. Also it's incredible to find any pen with an ebonite feed at this price point !!

The items arrived promptly and all were exactly as described. The Guru pens are a great value for the money. They're smooth wet writers.
