Fp footwear deserves WAY more love than they get. I’ve been skating their shoes since 2019 and haven’t skated anything else. I’m sure all the name brands are all that and a bag of chips but no matter what, they will never compare to what FP does for the skate community. I haven’t felt primo pain/bruising ever since I made the switch. If you just don’t know about it, it’s true fit and start with any pair that speaks to you. No matter what you choose, you’ll never want to go back! And think about it…. Just under $100 for a pair that will last longer than literally any other shoe.

I recently placed an order and there was a slight mix-up regarding the insoles for my new Velocity shoes. Not only did the support team reply to me in an incredibly timely manner, but they completely owned the mistake and went out of their way to make it right. ​They essentially "upgraded the upgrade" for me, which completely blew me away. They treated me so well throughout the entire process and really proved how much they actually care about their customers and riders. Between the cutting-edge tech in their footwear and this level of unmatched customer support, I do not ever plan on skating another brand. Highly recommend to anyone looking to save their joints and support an awesome company!

Unfortunately the insoles I Purchased were not the right fit for me as I required custom orthotics. The team and FP insoles were very understanding and worked with me in satisfying my needs. Ultimately I had to return them not knocking the product in any way it just was not helping my condition. The team at FP took back the insoles and gave me a FULL refund. Very happy with the outcome just wish the insoles had worked out for me. Highly recommended customer service!
