I initially tried their mid level insoles, but the arch was too high for my feet. I returned them for a refund and then reorder their flat insoles. After the described break in period, these insoles are very comfortable. I'm looking forward to trying out their gel insoles next.

Wrong address, frustrated, learning moment
I've had two wonderful experiences with week long Appalachian Trail hikes with FluidX insoles. As soon as I got back, I ordered some more insoles for daily wear.
Over 20 e-mails back and forth, and I hadn't received anything yet.
Appears that they were originally shipped to a random (?) address with my name, in my town, no relationship to reality.
A thanks for the order was received by me, but there was no confirmation number or shipping notification. I'm going to go out on a limb, and say the computers completely glitched out when I placed my order.
I received a LOT of "can you provide your order number, can you confirm your e-mail, can you confirm your address (multiple times). Somewhere in the middle of what felt like "stalling, maybe he'll go away", I sent them a screenshot of my bank statement showing they received my money. Then they sent me "proof" that that my product was received (no address was in the USPS confirmation, just the town).
FP requested that I file a claim with the USPS. So I did. It was denied.
After a more than reasonable amount of time someone asked "what would I like them to do". I replied, send again.
They couldn't read the three times in the a-mail what my address was, and confirmed twice, so I sent it again.
They graciously announced that they were sending replacements. TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.
oh ....... that might be the malfunction.
The Fluidx insoles absorb way more shock than the competitors insoles that I've been upgrading to for over a decade.
Thanks for the product, hope the learning moments don't go by without being used.

I got the King Foam FP Insoles 3mm
I got the King Foam FP Insoles 3mm. These are great for my casual shoes. I also got the Kingfoam Elite FP Insoles
thin. Also good, might get more of this style for my athletic and casual shoes, but I'm interested in the Kingfoam Elite Quantum Heel FP Insoles as well. Will try these next.

Amazing product, crappy website.
I've bought from them a few years ago around 2021 2022 the website kept crashing on me but eventually I got my order placed. I was very pleased with the product and how fast it was shipped. I used them in my boots as I was on deployment to the south China Sea 2020-2021 and on deployment in 2023 In the Mediterranean. these saved me from knee and back pain workong 12 hour days 7 days a week for 9 months at a time. Only issue I have is trying to use their website. It crashes after adding one product to cart and trying to navigate to the next product i wan to purchase. The only fix ive found requires me to clear my cashe then add to cart.

The insoles were a big step up from the previous ones I was using before. The “fluid gel” insoles did feel like the gel accumulated a bit sometimes between my instep and arch area causing a slight “weird” feeling.

Thanks for your feedback Steven, the fluid orthotics are designed to fill the space under the arch to provide supporting and it can feel a bit weird while breaking in however we suggest also trying Gamechangers which custom fit
