Ordered skates for my daughter the skates smelled like mildew or like it was stored in a damp area, the color was not what I ordered at all, and the skates are not true to size.

My skates are too small. I have inquired about exchanging them twice utilizing the method suggested on the website "email the address provided or fill out the form" I've done both. No response. I then decided that I'd simply return the order. After clicking on the link for returns, I was forwarded to the same email address and document that I used twice before with no response. I wear a women's 8.5 my daughter is in a woman's 6. I ordered 9 and 7... one size up as recommended on the site. My daughter will keep the 9's and I'll save the 7's for my youngest daughter. I'm afraid to return anything for fear that I won't get a response. The sizing on these skates are completely wrong. My experience has been less than favorable. She wanted disco I wanted black. Now she's stuck with black and I have to look elsewhere for skates that will fit me.

I have nothing bad to say about the way the skated look. The look so cute and amazing. The fit was true to size and the quality is nice. I'm only giving three stars because I ordered two pairs of skates at once, both a size 10. I got sent one size 10 and one size 7. Christmas is coming and bow I have to wonder if I will get my exchange in time, although the return process was quick and response to my email was in a timely manner I want my darn cute skates!

The customer service at Foxy Skates is excellent! I needed to return a pair of skates for an exchange and they responded to my request right away - sent me a label and made the exchange. They kept me informed along the way and then followed up to make sure I was happy with the new skates. I wish all businesses were so considerate to their customers. Thank you again!
