I was honestly so excited to try the skates. I had a coworker who had such a great experience with them and I immediately purchased a pair. I ordered a size 7 USA and received one skate sized 7 USA and one sized 8 USA. I returned the skates and requested a size 6 USA and received two size 9 USA. It took countless emails and messages to received communication, confirmation, or response to the entire experience. Thank you for allowing me to return the skates again but please do remember to return payment. I am just so sorry that this was my experience with this company and product when others spoke so highly of it.

I originally purchased the wrong size pair of roller skates. I was able to return it and purchase the correct size with no issues, using the label that the company sent me via email. I'm very happy with the service I received, as well as the fit & quality of my new roller skates. Thank you so much!

Loved my skates. But the bearings loosened and are bent stopping a wheel from turning. Reached out to ask for replacement parts since the skates are pretty new, and no response. So now I'm left to find one wheel and parts or purchase another pair. I will mist likely purchase from a different company. Costumer service at foxy is weak

I love my new skates. They are stylish and comfortable! My daughter and I have been using the high school track to skate at night as a way of exercise and quality time together. So glad I made the purchase!
