I’ve deleted my previous post due to my ongoing bad experience with the customer service of this company. I’m not sure what’s going on but I’ve exerted too much just to try and get a response. I would NOT recommend this company solely on the level of customer service. The first order was on me for ordering the wrong size. On my second replacement order you have to pay for shipping. Guess what? They sent the wrong size. I’ve been trying to get a hold of Mel who has been unresponsive. I’ve been going back and forth since Christmas week! To date, I have not heard back… good luck if you order from these guys. Get ready for bad customer service and to be ignored and provided with excuses. Do not recommend. Read the one stars, I’m not the only one (recently).

Foxy Skates replied as soon as they were back from the holiday and are taking complete care of the situation. Appreciate their excellent customer service.

These skates are amazing!!! I bought two, the color and material are excellent!! I recommend these skates 100% you won’t regret if you buy them!!

I love the skates! However, they are a size to big so I'm going to exchange them for a smaller size. I wear a 7 1/2 in shoes and I read that if you are a half size to go up a size in skates. They ended up being to big. I could wear thick socks and get by but my skates need to fit just right. So I have not skated in them yet but they appear to be well made, really cute and I can't wait to skate on them.

I was so excited to to gift these to our niece. The packaging is the worst! The box is smashed from end to end. I understand that this could have been from UPS however even the extra laces I purchased are just thrown in the skate box. Definitely not a great impression and not loving wrapping this mess of a box!

Absolutely love my new skates, the after pay option made things much easier for me financially although there was a great sale. The skates themselves are gorgeous, the wood grain accents are everything.
