I dislike the fact that I didn't receive the free key chain. Otherwise I've received my skates but they had minor scratches on it. I think that the Foxy should let the customers know that the skates has imperfections such as scratches on them.

Great beginner skate

Love my skates. And they arrive fast!!!

They have great support and soft insides for someone with super prominent ankle bones! They’re adorable just a little squeaky on the first ride. love them! I got the Disco ones in a size 9 same as my shoe size and they fit great!

Was excited to get these, but it took about 11 days (8 business days) to get to me. Foxy Skates responded quickly and apologized, and explained there was a delay at UPS. Thank you! :) Packaging and box arrived dirty, damaged and ripped, and skates were slightly dinged and scratched, but realize it’s the delivery. I tried cleaning and fixing it, but is there any way I can get a better pair that wasn’t damaged even though I tried fixing it up already? Thank you.

I placed an order beginning of March, recieved notification that the skates would be delivered by a specific date. Then received an email the day before telling me the email was sent by error, and that my size wasn't available. Told me to click the link and pick a different pair. So I did, this prompted me to purchase the skates. So assuming I should, I did. I emailed back to confirm that my first order would be refunded. The response was rude, and said they didnt tell me to place another order. However my money will be refunded. Upon approaching the delivery of the next pair. It is supposed to be here today, but UPS hasn't received the package yet. This is going on almost 3 weeks now I should have ordered from a different company. I have yet to see the refund, and have yet to receive a response to my 2nd purchase regarding shipment and/or cancelation and refund.

First time great overall experience daughter in law loved it

My purchase had a label created and never got picked up or delivered according to ups database. I can attest that it was not delivered and no resolution has been attempted by foxy skates in over an entire month. Seriously who actually wants to get ripped off when they pay for anything and get absolutely nothing? Not me for sure…..
