never showed. Tracked exactly but no pavkage
The order showed delivered at door. It’s a Post Office. I didn’t realize you were sending fedex. I’ve been to Post office and nothing was delivered. Tracking shows left at front door. If you decide to send it again: Post office told me use this addresss for fedex: Michael Koerth 5815 WALDEN RD #20045 Beaumont tx 77720 I can’t get any info out of fedex. The sender has all info it says.

I'm very happy with the experience with Fox. Although the order had shipping issues due to the coronavirus epidemic, the COO actually called me and shipped to the order overnight. I'm very grateful, thank you!

Disappointing customer service
I am really happy with the products but unfortunately my experience with Foxx's customer service was very disappointing. I order 4 units of 4L+1L VacTrap and received only 1 unit without any explanation of what the status of the other 3 units was. To find out when the rest of the order will be delivered, I had to call Foxx almost every day for two weeks. Every time I called, I was promised to hear back by the end of the day but I didn't hear back 90% of the times and was transferred between different departments/personnel. Again, I am very satisfied with Foxx's products and hoping that its customer service can be improved as well.
