Never again.
Ive had issues with every order from products showing a 2 week shipping lead time and it turning into 16 weeks to customer service not responding or caring about getting you what you ordered.

item did not work; delayed refund
Our company purchased a VacTrap XL. Prior to purchase we consulted with a rep for pricing and part numbers. The item arrived poor quality and setup incorrectly. We were able to switch the tubes over to a correct orientation, however the item still did not work. Prior to connection, the vacuum suction was very strong, but after connection to a 4L or a 1L tube, the suction was dead. the tubing collapses on itself. We relayed all our troubleshooting to our rep. She was able to escalate our claim to the right person. I have been following up now for 2 weeks now trying to get our refund processed however it has not happened yet.

Only received a lid instead of the container
I originally ordered a waste container off of amazon, only received the lid. Returned through amazon and only recieved another lid. Then went through the company and still only ordered a lid. Then was told that this $230 waste container was only a lid. I wanted to return it, had to reach out again, and was told it actually does come with a container.

never showed. Tracked exactly but no pavkage
The order showed delivered at door. It’s a Post Office. I didn’t realize you were sending fedex. I’ve been to Post office and nothing was delivered. Tracking shows left at front door. If you decide to send it again: Post office told me use this addresss for fedex: Michael Koerth 5815 WALDEN RD #20045 Beaumont tx 77720 I can’t get any info out of fedex. The sender has all info it says.

Very poor communication regarding interruption of supply (change of manufacturing location for Foxx).

Never again.
I ordered an item for my wife's birthday. I was contacted way after the time it was supposed to arrive and informed the item could not be sent. By this time it was too late to order something else. This site cannot be relied on and has lost my business.

Find other sources
From a Purchasing perspective, a pretty backwoods approach as a supplier. Your credit card is charged the moment they receive the order rather than charging at shipping as is the norm for most vendors. Once you've paid, be prepared to wait half a year or better for your order to be complete. I can't speak of their products from a scientific perspective so my review is limited to accounting practices only. Unless they have something unique that you really, really need, I recommend finding another source.
