Back ordered part arrived so late the…
Back ordered part arrived so late the project was already over. Also website did not allow the customer to see what was in stock and what wasn't. The products however fill a niche.

I was going to provide 2 stars
I was going to provide 2 stars, due to my expectation that the masks were manufactured by FLS (made in China), but feel like that’s my fault for not ensuring made in USA. Price is ok, but cheaper KN95 versions available on Amazon. I was willing to pay a premium for a made in USA label, so was disappointed overall.

The products are good but the…
The products are good but the production lead time (3-5 weeks) is problematic to my own production logistics. Communication is often poor. My last email inquiry on order status went unanswered. I've been forced to make a larger purchase to ease delays on my end in the future. Sounds simple but this pinches my bottom line. I'd likely order elsewhere except no one else makes the product I'm purchasing.

Thank you for your review! Your input is extremely valuable as we grow and discover areas we need to improve. We apologize for any delays, yet are ecstatic to hear you like our lab products! With hopes of shedding a little light; Foxx Life Sciences is fairly new, but due to manufacturing truly innovative lab supplies, we've experienced unheard of growth (40% for 6 of the past 7 years, 50% already this year). We are honored and grateful, yet along with this growth naturally follows increased need. More stock, labor to build stock, systems, processes, etc. as once non-existent needs develop daily. Our literal biggest problem is getting more orders than we have stock, but that is a good business problem to have! We face exciting, yet humbling challenges, but the belief in our products motivates us. And, we hope our customers will share this journey, as they deserve optimal service, along with the best lab products.
