Wasn't Satisfied with the Job. Unprofessional attitude and not Expert in Content Writing.

I'm really wondering if something changed within their company because the positive reviews here were not at all representative to our experience. Overall we were babysitting Junior Talent for a premium price and it was stressful to see our listings tank. We stopped using them a few months ago since it was not a healthy relationship.

I hired this company to assist with my Amazon. I had paid to have my product descriptions for my two products professionally written and was selling about 3K per month. This company said my sales would improve if they redo my product description. They tole me that would cost 1,000.00 or less. I made it clear if it would be more to contact me. Well, what they do is charge your card for work done without anything. You are supposed to log in to see what they are doing. The point is I clearly stated nothing over the 1K. Anyhow I signed into my account to see the were up to 1,500. The end result of changes made, Amazon implemented tools that will tell you if your listing is optomized or not, when pointed out all the error messages returned from Amazon after they changed my listing, the guy I was working with told me that those are recommendations amazon makes although it clearly stated that Amazon was suppressing the data. Anyhow, I got so desperate because my sales completely stopped. I sell beauty products for face and a review of the backend key words was celluite??? When I questioned this I was told the backend keywords was not relevant....all this is in an email. At present I am lucky if I sell one item per day after my listing was changed. The magic appeared to be in the backend keywords i was told did not matter. They provided me with a copy of my listing before hand but not all the backend stuff I had worked hard on that they deleted and replaced with keywords that were not relevant to my product which Amazon also suppressed. I am willing to share email with anyone needing proof. They really need to refund my money. My Amazon store is completely dead since they did what they did, what even worse although I was interested in PPC management with this company, I should not have to signup with that service for the listing to sell something. As stated before I was selling 3K a month before now i'm selling on average 200.00 per month. This is by far the worst decision i've made. All this happened about tow months ago. Original review was deleted because I used an alternate email address.

hi they charge you like an attorney they have a 30-day policy that you could not cancel, even they don't do any work they keep on charging you a weekly fee they very expensive they look professional but they are not they keep on doing work you don't know and they say we worked for you every minute he thinks from you he will charge you even for the time you call in to cancel they give you a false upfront price my items were selling good I needed someone to optimize my PPC when was trying to get on to sellzo a google ad came up better then sellzo as I clicked on it I was connected with a live chat I asked him if they are optimizing PPC so he told me yes so what's your price he needs to speak to me first I want to tell you if someone can not give you a price right away from them so after he spoke to me he told me he has an option of putting in the keywords in my listing so it shouldn't have to be paid for so I thought sounds good after the whole conversation with a good salesperson who knows how to get you with the right compliments he gave me the hourly price and told me that it shouldn't take long I should get my results also, he needs a half-hour telephone conference every week so I told him I bussy now call me in a month he pressured me they can start the work right away and by then start to list what they already got always remember if someone wants you should order right now wait so I ordered right away after his manipulating, after a month they contact me for a conference and want true the account no work was done by then they started a slopy work for 2 weeks charged me $1000 when I sew the worked I asked myself for what did I pay here the same keywords I hade in my listing they asked for approval so if I wouldn't approve it they would make another one and charge my again like if the painter didn't make a nice job on your apartment and is asking you to pay him to make it over because it's by the hour so I approved it waiting for them to take my over a year PPC reports and go it true and get the right keywords by the end they didn't do this they just started new automatic keywords campaign and what for 100 dollars daily what for? I called them up to explain this they answered we don't have time now to speak and guess what they charge for the call probably also for the time putting down the phone and drinking their coffee, my sales on amazon decreased after they changed the listing, I asked them to cancel my account they said 30 day cancellation time so they stopped doing work for me as I didn't accept their work and charged me weekly I contacted my bank they should let them charge they were using different marched ID's they still charged me 55 days after cancellation If you are smart to use a company with upfront price not hourly, ask exactly what they are doing, and see if you need it on other review sites they do have bad reviews I looked at this site and they don't have a lot so I decided to put it on I know people are busy and don't have time to review but I'm trying to help others they could be good for beginners but not if you already do sales

I can tell you it did not work for me. I do not know how they can say 100%. If anything, my sales dropped on Amazon after hiring them. Waste of money.
