Tara has been awesome to work with..
Tara has been awesome to work with, very responsive and knowledgeable about Amazon. Also handled an Amazon suspension issue very well as well.

Communication has been excellent
Still a little early in the game, but communication has been excellent & the fountainhead team is extremely knowledgeable. It's been great that they have so much that they can do in-house as everything has happened extremely quick and efficiently. I'm looking forward to seeing what else they can do for us.

Took a little while, but Paid Off in Increased Sales
I felt like I needed to update my review, as a lot has changed. From the beginning, I liked the FME model and Tara, my advisor. I did think they were overpriced, but thought they were the experts, so it would be worth it. The first few months we spend $20k+ for new pictures, revised PPC and rewritten ads, but our sales didn’t increase at all the first few months (they actually continued to decrease). I was on the fence, as to whether FME would “pay off” or if we just wasted $20k+. Fast forward 5 months: we are now outperforming LY (we were decreasing when we signed up with FME), FME has outlined an outstanding plan to grow sales 30+% in 2020, costs have decreased now that the front work is done, and FME costs as a percentage of Amazon sales will be decreasing throughout 2020 (as we grow sales). While I still feel like FME is expensive, I also feel like their work has been outstanding and they are the experts. I will stay on as a client through 2020 and am happy with their work. Tara is the best!

Great service
Great service! Our Amazon account was suspended for a minor reason and we were unable to have reintstated despite our numerous appeals. With Tara's help we were able to send Amazon exactly what they needed. Our account was reactivated last week. My company and I would definitely reach out to this company for any help needed in the future.
