Wildly overcharges
Wildly overcharges for fairly inexpensive meds, roughly 7x the price WITHOUT insurance. They prey on the laziness and ingnorance of their customers, hoping they won't realize that, that the competency of the provider is minimal, the care provided is a blanket(safe and ineffective dosage) level, and you won't realize they put all the charges as reoccurring in hopes you forget to cancel. Go to a competent urologist and save hundreds while getting proper treatment.

Fountain was founded by a fellowship-trained urologist with the goal of combining high-quality, individualized medical care with the convenience of telemedicine. Our practice offers video visits from home and coordinates medication delivery through partner pharmacies, with one point of contact for both. The all-inclusive membership covers the cost of video visits with providers, medications, shipping, and 24/7 messaging with a human response typically within 2–3 minutes. In most states, labs we order are also included. Patients choose from three membership options, each with a fixed, recurring payment schedule: every 4 weeks, every 12 weeks, or every 48 weeks.
