FosiaudioReviews of fosiaudio.com

Fosiaudio.com are scammers. Do not buy from them! I bought a phono preamp through their website. I paid by credit card. My bank blocked the payment and saved me from being scammed. I am now getting a new credit card. It's a lot of hassle, but better than being robbed.

Bought the mc101 preamp. It has fantastic audio quality and is built really well. Day one a knob for the speaker wire fell off due to over tightening but otherwise really good.

Hi Y'all. I bought a Fosi ZD3 today. Its connected to a vintage Quad 33/303 amplifier set up. What to say? It's been running all afternoon. Amazing sound. Now I use the Marantz CD6000 purely as a transport. The TV via Toslink sounds so much better. All in all, it is a bargain.

Update: it appears that posting a review here got noticed. Fosil have now returned the money and said I can keep the Amp. The amp is in the bin however as it was unusabl. This should have been dealt with with my original customer complaint as either unfit for purpose or faulty. So, I’d still recommend not buying this due to customer service and returns issues. If you do use Amazon uk not direct to Fosil. “….. I recently ordered a BT30 amp and it suffered from terrible hum on the active sub output. I tried to return the amp and I’ve been given a total run around by the returns team who have asked me to change literally everything except the amp itself. I’ve never had any issues in the past with my setup with any other amp…..”

Just received PH05 5 way headphone amplifier. Can’t comment on reliability, but quality, both of construction and sound, are great at any price, but really remarkable at £50. Music actually sounds more immersive through this than direct from source - I don’t know how that’s possible. I haven’t read other reviews, and can’t comment on other products, but this one is great so far.

I've bought a bluetooth amp and a bluetooth volume control. Both excellent products and a pleasure to use. Recently ordered some other stuff from them. I messed up my order and accidently ended up ordering double of some items. I raised the issue from their website and they very quickly fixed the order

I started to contact them at 6.39am due to time difference and I didn’t finish or I disconnected after 8.30am. They promised me a new part that had production problems and this was about 1 years ago. They wanted proof that they promised to send me the improved part to replace a defective one! Well they just ignored me because I had no proof just a conversation about the time production was going to take place a year ago. By this time I changed my phone and the women who worked there left. The worst thing its they left me hanging for an hour with no response no recognition that they weren’t going to help. Thats fine, but to ignore your customer base is just wrong, especially giving evidence to the problem. I was a fan of their products, but be warned I will never buy another Fosi Audio product after this customer service experience. Sad to see it decline but I really don’t want anyone to experience what I just went through!!
