The human detection records movement, but fails to send a notification on a regular basis. Some times it does, but most times it does not. It’s within 30 feet of my WiFi router and has a great reliable connection.

I like the product, but I had no idea when it was coming. I was supposed to get an email with tracking once the item shipped. I received nothing, the package just showed up one day.

Would be nice to be able to call or chat instead of waiting for an email response. Figured out what we needed to do on our own.

Concerned how item gets very hot after plugged in and stays hot when not in use.

Main issue was understanding how to get the service I wanted. Had to email several times as website confusing. Eventually got the product, which came quickly once I knew how to order it.

The camera setup was as documented and worked the first time. Quality of the picture is very good in both day and night conditions. The PTZ feature works well. The share feature/invitation for the camera for another approved user is still not working. As a consequence my wife has yet to be able to use this camera.
