Feel like I have been scammed. Ordered an paid for cameras over 3 weeks ago and have never received them

The product doesn't work as expected and your support team has not responded at all.

The whole “coupon” purchase thing is stupid…afterwards there doesn’t seem to be any way to track what happened to the coupons to determine if they were properly applied. Should just be a more straightforward mechanism to purchase a subscription to a specific camera.

Made the mistake of actually purchasing a 1 year cloud subscription. It is trash. Awful. Camera does what it's supposed to for recording and images but the false alarm rate is so high as to render it useless. Human detection: terrible. Partial area: does not work. Nothing short of trash. R2 camera, Foscam Android app.

Order sent more than 2 weeks ago …. Supposed to be receive shipment confirmation after maximum 8 working days as mentioned in your advertising and documents Not at all. Disappointed

I like the cameras! App alerts is awful! Only shows a spilt second motion and leaves out a lot of video with bad quality pictures. Wish their was a better app. Options to choose from! Will not buy any more cameras until I can find a better app. To use
