No correspondence or product since ordering my camera 2 weeks ago

Order was placed November 18th, 2022. Today is December 2nd not shipping yet but it supposed to delivered 5 to 7 business days.

Foscam has no customer service. First issue, a little over a year old camera fails just outside warranty. They offer no assistance other than a 15% coupon in which I found better savings on my own at 20%. Now after purchasing the new camera with the 20% coupon I found, after 2+ weeks, it still has not shipped and I am being told it will not be back in stock until next week. I guess being a loyal Foscam customer for ~10 years does not mean much so after this I will be actively looking for a different company to purchase security cameras from.

Y would you want me to rate this order when it has not been shipped ? This is bad service ORDER #19078 I keep emailing about this order?

The camera themself have always worked great for me, the ios software is the problem, while it works it has a nag icon on the screen trying to get you to purchase cloud storage. It is on "ALL THE TIME" and no way to remove it, if I want to pay extra for cloud storage, Im aware its available, give me the option to remove the constant nag of something I do not want

Ordered in stock cam on their website. 4 days later received email saying they were ‘out of stock’ and offered a more expensive cam. BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM.

I ordered a camera on sale and got one free. I also ordered needed accessories for the cameras. The cameras were received within a week. It has been over a month and I still have not received the accessories. I received a email to be patient. It also had a useless tracking system.
