It has been horrible experiences. Can't get support. The devices does not works out of the box.

I feel your Website is misleading. I checked the different pages on the site but didn't realize that I neaded to pay twice as much for a camera to get the free one. I contacted customer suport when the Free camer didn't show up on the invoice and this was there response : FOSCAM Hi there, Buy 1 Get 1, you just need to place an order and we will send you two item. Other questions, please provide your order number and tell us your question. If you have any suggestion to us, please e-mail Thank you.

I asked them to refund Order #2057, as it would not record without motion and the code never worked. The told me to order CVS cloud and I did - through PayPal Invoice ID FC20230128210137001216120 They never refulnded #2057 and instead refunded the CVS order Invoice ID FC20230128210137001216120 "Your Foscam cloud service subscription was canceled on 2023-02-02, and you'll get a prorated refund of $69.99 on your card or paypal account in a few days." I NEED the CVS cloud service. Totally inept customer sservice.

Ordered a baby monitor on Jan 13. Was promised to come in under a week. Did not even leave warehouse for several weeks. Got cam 3 weeks later. Product arrived damaged. MIA in customer service, stalled the return, making me jump through hoops. STILL has not sent return label or helped me return. She just keeps sending me tips to fix her damaged camera. I can hear parts jiggling around in it, so it's obvious its damaged. She continues to stall. Replying once a day with more stalling but no help

Purchased a NVR. Credit card was billed immediately, however not until I inquired did I find out the unit would not be available for 6 weeks. Not the best way to do business.

My account plans are not working once again. My email still hasn't been updated properly on the account. Can't login on PC because it doesn't recognize either emails. Can only log on with the phone app. No support response after numerous attempts. No option to speak to a tech support person to explain the issue easily. I will need to either get it fixed right away or incur the cost of going with another company and purchases all new equipment if they are unable to assist.

I have spent a few hours now going back and forth with the support people going in circles to get a $130 camera going. I have been a camera technician for 25 years, this one is not working. I wanted a replacement or refund, but all I got was more things to try to fix it.

Bought the NVR FN8108HE and should have been warned by the ad webpage which shows a hard drive WITH the NVR, but only later do you read that a hard drive is NOT included, so you get an empty box NVR that can't record anything without additional cost. Bought it anyway to get a drive from another source. No where does it state that this NVR will not support a 3.5" form factor drive, only 2.5", further increasing the overall cost. Unit did not even have screws to mount a hard drive once you buy one! Bought Foscam before, but this was a big zero buy.
