ForYourLegs.com is a division of Aleva Stores. Our parent company, American Medical Services, was founded in 1957 by Joseph L. Gaskins. "Mr. G.", as everyone knew him, was born in 1914 in a small farming community in southern Indiana. At age 3, he lost his leg to infection. After crutching to school and around the farm for 10 years, he received his first prosthetic leg. It was at that point in time he decided to dedicate his life to prosthetic manufacturing and to assisting those with medical needs. In the late 1930s, he moved to Michigan and continued working in the medical field. In 1957, he opened his first store in Pontiac, Michigan. Over 50 years later, we are proud to carry on his tradition of assisting those needing healthcare products. Through the power of the Internet, we have been able to not only carry on his legacy, but to expand it with the creation of Aleva Stores. We now serve over 1,000 customers daily and are quickly becoming one of the most respected healthcare product retailers in the industry. "Mr. G." recently passed away at the age of 94. He is greatly missed by us all, but we know he is looking down and smiling upon all he's created. Today, his legacy is carried on by his son, Larry Gaskins, and his grandson, Derek Gaskins. Service is excellent!
My only issue was that they don't seem to have the inventory in the smaller compressions and the darker colors. The shipping was just phenomenal! I was pleasantly surprised with the fast delivery. I've been trying to order more, but there just isn't anything available that I need. Other than that, it's easy to order from their website and delivery was great.

True support hose at reasonable prices
I am so glad you provide a place to purchase true support hose. I developed blood clots a few years ago and now wear 30-40 mm pressure support hose. They are excellent quality, reasonably priced, and were delivered quickly. This is my second time purchasing from ForYourLegs.com and will be back again.

Great Selection and super quality
We ordered diabetic socks for one of our residents whose feet are terribly swollen and deformed by disease processes. He LOVES the new SmartKnit socks! They fit nicely and stay comfortable - unlike others we've tried that slide down or dig into his flesh. They are a little expensive, but well worth every penny.

I really like your product. I have ordered before through a friend, but this time I ordered on line. Normally I got a discount, but not this time. I know you give discounts sometimes on line. I received an email offering me a discount after I placed my order. The coupon had a short life. Who is going to place an order right after they placed an order? Your coupons definitely need a longer expiration date.
