Customer service

My most recent experience was with customer service which far exceeded my request and expectations. FOR YOUR LEGS cannot seem to enough to satisfy their customers! They go far above and beyond when it comes to customer service!!!

Not good. First off, there is no address on the entire website. Your first warning sign. I put in a small order. After 11 days nothing. No communication about order status, nothing shipped. I contact the company to cancel and they say sorry, "Unfortunately, your order has already been processed and forwarded to the dispatch team. Therefore, I am no longer able to cancel". So policy is once you order no cancellation even if we have no idea about delivery status. A sad business policy. DO NOT ORDER HERE.

The service of guarantee is misrepresented. The quality of the product has declined since I began using about four years ago. I regret purchasing again and will not do so in the future. So sad to see businesses and product going down!!

In previous years this has been an excellent company but not now. At holiday time I placed a large order and asked for price matching which they advertised. The expensive compression stockings that I received were much shorter than previous orders and the laundry bags were very soiled with black marks. I will not order from them again,

This is an untrustworthy company with an atrocious returns policy. Well actually, my experience is that ForYourLegs have no returns policy, so buy at own risk. When ordering I experienced issues with the ordering process. Upon contacting them to rectify said issues, Keith M was dreadful to deal with and denied all accountability and refused to sort the issue. I not only had to bear the expense of international shipping, but the wrong item arrived, and the company refused to rectify the issue. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I will never recommend purchasing from this company in my professional capacity.

Awful returns process. They do not pay for return shipping and it took weeks and 3 contacts to get my credit after the return was received. "We are backed up in the returns department" was their excuse. Shopping with their competitors from now on...

All I can says is BOO HISS to this company‼️ I ordered SIGVARIS products and they sent these two items in a plastic white mailed and both boxes are smashed like a steamroller went over them‼️ As a Senior Citizen who MUST wear compression stockings, I will never shop from these people again and will go public on Twitter, Facebook & Instagram to let the world know‼️
