Very responsive and helpful support
I had a great experience with ForwardMe. The team was very responsive and quickly contacted FedEx when there was an issue with my phone number. They followed up with clear emails, provided all the details I needed, and were very professional and friendly. I really appreciate their support and will definitely use their service again.

Smooth process
I forwarded a US purchase to Portugal and everything went smoothly without any issues. It arrived within about a week with standard shipping. Great solution to get stuff that doesn't otherwise ship to Europe. The packaging and handling seemed solid and fast. I'd use it again.

Easy shopping abroad
I love the chance is given us to shop at all these special shops. The care for the shipping and how easy the site works as your personal shopping cart in which you can add from different shops. It gives me the chance finally to find all these unique items which where impossible to get otherwise. I have been searching for a long time and all the companies were not as easy and clear as Forward works. Thank you so much!

Transparent & reliable
Required an Apple-mount that was sold out across the whole of Europe. Used ForwardMe's personal shopper service to order it for me at Amazon, and when received at their warehouse dispatch to me. Got pictures when the package arrived at their warehouse and was dispatched again. Next time I would need any product from the US would definitely use again.

Used ForwardMe's personal shopper…
Used ForwardMe's personal shopper service for the first time on March 15 and used them specifically to buy from Mercari as I am Canadian and would highly recommend them! They are very thorough and adaptable to change as I certainly made a few mistakes with my order and I recieved my item March 31st and it was packaged securely and undamaged! They sent me images of my item once it arrived at their facility and they give you full control of shipping and costs for it to leave them and get to me in Canada. I will be using them again in the future! Fantastic!
