Very pro active and straight forward to use, thought the photos of goods when received by them was a great process. So far 100% can not fault them and would highly recomend.

A learning experience...
What made my experience great is this was the first time I ordered something from here so I wasn't sure if I did thing right but when I recieved the item I ordered I was super chuffed and happy I will 100% use this service again it was so easy once u figured it out.

VIP white glove service
Absolute true white glove service for my very first time using the personal shopper. Even when my order got complex and needed adjustments, Ayberk was extremely helpful and gave the best service to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and take advantage of special offers. I don’t think I’ve ever used a service this smooth. I would absolutely use the personal shopper again and I’ve been recommending Forwardme to everyone I know.
