Fast customer services
Fast customer services, but their system is still in development for some features. Added slowly according to user's suggestions. The process of importing goods into Inbox is somewhat slow, it took 4 days or more to get your arrival package into your Inbox. But the reshipment process is fast if you also choose the feature to get in front of the line when making shipment request. Some features cost are also cheap compared to other forwarder. Would gladly use them for now. Hopefully the progress and service can be made faster.
