Easy to use, fast shipping, love this company!!

#English Forward.me is such a great service !!! It isn't easy to find, I found them by chance and I don't really know how, I was looking for companies that propose this kind of service and for me it is the nicest. The team is very friendly ; I was skeptical at first because I had to give my credit card number (??), I contacted the support to ask to cancel my subscription and finally I could make my purchase without giving my informations. (I had to apologize because I was very agressive - I thought they were thieves - but they all stayed calm and friendly :) ) Once the package arrived, I get 1 photo for free of the content of the box. Unfortunately (of course) I had to pay the customs fees once arrived. Forward.me is sterling ! Trust me, I really beware of internet and I always look for the best product, service etc.. I am gonna make another purchase, and if needed I will update my review. #Français Forward.me n'est vraiment pas simple à trouver!! Je suis tombée dessus après multiples recherches. L'équipe support est très sympathique, j'étais sceptique au début car on me demandait d'ajouter mes informations bancaires et j'ai écrit au support en leur disant de me désinscrire que ce n'était pas normal ; et finalement j'ai pu passer commande sans les renseigner sur le site, ce qui m'a rassurée (et je me suis excusée ^^). J'ai obtenu une photo du paquet lorsqu'il est arrivé dans les locaux. Malheureusement, à l'arrivée de mon paquet en France, j'ai dû payer les frais de douane.. Ils sont absolument de confiance ! Croyez moi je me méfie beaucoup sur internet. Je vais essayer de faire une 2ème commande et mettrai mon avis à jour en conséquence.

I have had couple of packages delivered to forward to combine for one shipment and I am reallt happy with them. Had a unfortunate situation of one package which showed delivered not being found, but it was full refunded after they spent some days trying to locate my package without success. The customer service is excellent and I specially want to name James and David. I will continue using forward.me

I had a package forwarded and the process has been really smooth. The package arrived in my inbox pretty soon and was forwarded to me quickly. I would definitely use them again!

You need to give them time to acknowledge that your stuff has arrived to them, probably a week. Maybe they should state this premise on the website once you log in since people get impatient when they see the supplier has delivered but it doesn't show up on Forward.me

I am so happy that I have come across Forward.me. I have been welcomed and provided with phenomenal services! James who attended to many of my initial emails was exceptional; his professionalism, knowledge and support are second to none! He guided me patiently and kindly through the whole process, from start to finish. James responded quickly, communicated clearly and made sure that all aspects of service are in place. The shipment was priced reasonably and to my amazement arrived to Australia within few days, (FedEx standard)! The services, with giant credits to James are exceptional, competent, and reliable in every possible aspect of quality customer care!! Many thanks James, for being super awesome, super kind and wonderful!!! And also loads of thank you's to Forward.me team of dedicated people for the labour of care and efficiency!

Have used the service for 4 times already and all deliver well and without hassle. They did consolidation free of charge although I am a free account. The Customer Service is superb. Usually reply within 1x24 hour. They handle every package responsibly and know what client needs. Keep up the good work and add more staff to help with the increasing customer. 👍🏼👍🏼

I had a problem with the item I purchased, wasn’t able to get in touch with the company i purchased the item from. Then, I did chat with James, he was very responsive and helpful. He communicated with the company for me till I got the correct item! He never gave up and did his best! Thank you, for the support! Keep up the good work!
