I’ve used the personal shopper service twice now to purchase in the USA from AUST and the customer service is second to none. They communicate clearly if they’re concerned about specifics, they moved forward with a sale order when I was delayed in responding so I didn’t miss the sale. Sometimes replies can be delayed but we are in two different countries so it’s to be expected.
