I ordered 4 different items from US websites and used this company's third-party shipping service to get them delivered. This was my first time using a package forwarding service, so I spent quite a bit of time doing my homework and researching which company to trust—and I am so glad I made the right choice! • Amazing User Interface: Their system is incredibly user-friendly, clean, and simple to navigate. The service was excellent! Overall, I had a great experience and there were very few issues. The only suggestion I would make is to improve the packaging for shipping. For example, it would be better to leave the lid/bag in place rather than removing it from the package, unless the customer specifically requests otherwise. That said, this was only a minor point and did not affect my overall experience. I’m still very impressed with the quality of the service and really appreciate the effort. Thank you! I also wanted to point out to you that when I log into my account, I should review my order details again. Because after payment, the details disappeared... it was as if nothing was there. I was only receiving an email.
