This is definitely a fraudulent site. They've been holding some of my packages captive for 15 days. I can't contact them through any written or verbal communication channels. There's a huge difference between creating a website and actually running a business. I purchased a VIP membership on their membership page. When paying for this service, they promised "phone support." However, they don't actually provide a phone number or customer support service.

If you're going to read one review, let it be this one. I bought (yes, paid for in advance) a simple plushie for 20$ off of mercari, or rather I waited a whole five days before the personal shopper actually got off his bum and purchased it for me, after which I was then hit with a 25$ invoice; no explanation, no transparency as to what it was for. So, I emailed them saying I would've sued if they didn't state the purpose of it, after which they said they sent the wrong amount "by mistake" (remember this for later). I was charged for the buyer protection and shipping of the item, as I could not see it myself since I didn't know their address. Then, it still wasn't done, because I received another invoice of 25$ stating it was for shipping, so I naively assumed it was for shipping to my country (I discovered afterwards that the receipt classified it as "personal shopper fee" and not shipping as the invoice had stated). I was then hit by the actual cost once it arrived at their warehouse and I had to choose the shipping. For an item originally only 20$ I paid a grand total of 130$ for a stupid plush of just 15cm. The even more insane part? They ghosted me after the first email and also proceeded to quote me the absolute wrong weight and size of the package, as they had downsized it after taking the picture in the warehouse. The item arrived to me in a DIY downsized box covered in two ziplock bags. Needless to say, only a bunch of pathetic scammers who will drain you of every penny you can possibly give them (not to mention untrustworthy, as I have seen them offer a measly 20$ to somebody in order to make them remove the review).

I have no other option but to leave this review as ForwardMe sadly have caused multiple issues. 1. Their communication is lacking, I waited 7 days for a reply on an important issue. 2. I paid for insurance for transit of a package from US to UK, whilst they deny the allegation, I received the item, showed them images and they hadnt packed the internal box with bubble wrap or even paper to avoid internal damage in transit. Furthermore when the box arrived, I instigated the claim process, I had to step in and contact Fed Ex, even with Fed Ex admitting fault (which they shared with ForwardMe) the insurance company via ForwardMe refused to pay out. 3. Their shipping calculator is miles out. A comparable for you. And this is genuine and important. For DDU a 39lb parcel, value $105 with DIM of 36 x 22 x 19, ForwardMe quoted $414 (4-8 days). PlanetExpress who are superior in every single facet, from communication, packaging, shipping & cost delivered me a 37lb parcel, value $1600 with DIM of 38 x 19 x 18, it was $284 for (2-4 days). Volkan, David, Ayberk cannot deny these experiences. They cannot compete and have no interest, or capabilities to be comparable. Overall, quite a horrendous experience. Trust me here.

I ordered multiple items through them and picked expedited shipping, only for the items to take months to arrive, and the items got ruined. I requested compensation for the shipping cost and ruined items, sent them pictures of proof, and have been messaging them back and forth for 9 months now with no resolution and barely any response. Very bad service and terrible response rate, even though I was a constant customer with them.

I paid for two products to be ordered via their personal shopper. For two weeks I received no update at all. When I inquired they emailed me and cancelled one of the items in my order. Why - I have no idea, because I subsequently ordered it myself and shipped it to Stackry without any issue. Since I needed both items in my order with ONE forwarder, I emailed them to ask to cancel the entire order. I received no response. I subsequently sent a new email asking for a refund. I received a reply asking for my order number, which I sent promptly. That was more than a week ago and I did not get a response or a refund. I have now opened a case with PayPal. Thank goodness I used PayPal for this. This was a complete waste of my time and I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

I cancelled a shopping request basically right after I made it. The personal shopper didn't even do anything and they still ate the processing fee without indication they were going to do so yet they claim it's a "full refund". Liars

Expensive and my package has been stuck in customs. I received an email from forward me stating I should contact customs. Super unhappy with the service. 0 stars 😢

Second time this "personal shopper" sucked!!! Doesn't answer questions or even read them? Charges way to much for shipping!!!!!!! Don't waste your time!!!!!
