Great personal shopper experience. Purchased from mecari USA to be shipped to UK. Ordering process for me could have been easier as I had difficulty adding item to cart initially. This is a minor issue though. In all, great experience and quickly purchased and processed. Forward me will be my go to if ordering from USA or Japan in future.

I was overall very satisfied with the service from Forwardme. They responded to my inquiries immediately and handled everything in a very personal and helpful way. I used them to ship a package from Turkey to Germany, and everything went smoothly. The only issue was that I had to pay additional customs fees upon arrival, but this has nothing to do with Forwardme – that’s just part of international shipping. Highly recommend their service if you’re looking for a reliable forwarding company!

Customs fees can definitely be a part of international shipping, but we appreciate your understanding that it’s beyond our control.
