This is an excellent service. It does require you to know a bit about what you're doing (I wouldn't recommend it for novices), but for the techies out there, it's pretty much perfect. I've had a great experience getting support, but as a fellow dev, I use the right forum (as instructed on the website), and try to include the details I would need to debug the situation myself. Worth it.

We have been using the service for several years now. The setup is easy and powerful, and the price is very low. We have encountered several bugs, sometimes quite annoying. Support has not always been responsive, but they are human and they understand our issues and always find a solution. Great value for the price, and having customized documentation adds a very nice touch to the usage. Go ForwardEmail!

They're doing exactly what they advertise. The only problem is their documentation can be cryptic, but it's cheaper than the service i was already using and also does more. Feels like the email version of Let's Encrypt, to be honest.

Update: In the past two weeks, this service has really gone downhill badly. Support takes literally days to respond, IMAP is broken, SMTP is down...it's just unusable at this point. I have been using this service for years and am very disappointed to see it go downhill so fast.

As a software engineer who owns both business and family domains. Forward Email solved my problems in an elegant way.

Forwardemail is great. Had issues and they spent the time to help me. I highly recommend.

The service overall is pretty good, but support seems non-existent so far even on the enhanced protection paid plan. I am liking everything so far with how the "product" works for the most part. However, I am having an issue with connecting to a pop3 alias. I opened a support ticket and haven't heard anything in nearly 30 hours. EDIT: 3/26/2024: They did finally answer me and got this working. EDIT: 4/11/2024 - My Pop3/Imap emails have been down since last night. I hope that I have not lost any emails. I really thought these guys had something good going here but now I'm not so sure. I'm close to asking for a refund and moving on. Update: 4/16/2024 - They did mitigate the issue and emails seem to be working well again. It took close to 24 hours but I'm guessing they didn't catch the issue at night. Probably a one-man or small-team operation, which isn't all bad. I am going to update my review to 4 stars. The service they offer is good for the price. If they had better support I would consider 5 stars.
