Problem resolved with competence and politeness.

I had a problem with my camera connecting to Zoom. Josh Tyler delivered at least 45 minutes of blood, sweat and tears (1) checking to see if anything was askew with my computer [it was not]; (2) trying NUMEROUS combinations of changes / options to see if that would help[it did not]; and (3) damn near re-inventing the Zoom app all by himself. He would have been justified giving up on several occasions [but he DID NOT.] The problem clearly & demonstrably lies with the Zoom administrators themselves. MY problem was therefore 100% SOLVED, and Josh left me pointed in the most helpful direction for a resolution. He ought to be commended for his good nature, patience, knowledge and expertise. Thank you.

The problem was solved by tech support

Marisel quickly understood my issue, took control, reinstalled my software and made sure the correct options were selected for the future. My issue was solved in short order!
