the technician pedro i had was courteous
the technician pedro i had was courteous, attentive and patient. was also informative when neccessary. was considerate of my time when he knew he would be at it for awhile working on pcu and let me go to do other things . which he then called back to continue when he reached a certain point. Very Professional!!

Laptop Optimazation
It listens to my pr Technician was quick to respond to mY request to have my laptop performance optimized, Machine is a lot faster now. He also ran check to ensure there was no viruses or spyware on the laptop. It is now running great. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional.

I had an issue after my computer was worked on and it was fixed with no extra charge. Paying for the subscriptions gives me peace of mind that my computer can always be worked on and fixed.
