Two people made it great
Two people made it great. First Kimberly was on the phone with me for nearly three hours! Then I had a scheduled call from Jamie who was also fantastic. And as I watched them work remotely I had a great sense of relief. It's reassuring to know that I saved money and I gained trust. It's also comforting to know I can call them 24 hours a day. I highly recommend them.

Problem uninstalling an app
I was having a problem uninstalling my clean pc app from my computer. I got in touch with the remote help area and was connected to a very helpful and knowledgeable rep named Jeremy. He took care of my problem in no time and I was very satisfied with the results that he provided.
