Great customer service

Yesterday I had a question on when I would have my challenge credentials available (for the challenge), since I already passed the beta free challenge (that gives access to a challenge). They were very quick to inform me and give me information on how much time they needed to validate the beta free challenge. Happy with them until now, will give further feedback here.

There was an extended time, based on other prop firms timeframe, between phase 1 and 2. If that time was cut down it'd be 5 stars

My experience with Fortunes was pretty good. My credentials came fast and the broker is great, but I almost had trouble downloading MT5 luckily I had downloaded it before or I would’ve been screwed. I’ve also had trouble logging into my dashboard with my username and password. Other than that though the experience has been very good.

Even though I failed my challenge, I must say I like this prop firm. Prices are good, basically no restrictions for trading, logins were sent pretty fast, spreads are much more better compared to other prop firms. Definitely will try again in the future!

I got the account within 10 minutes.. all questions I had were answered in the FAQs
