Installation was fast. My schedule appointment was between 8am and 10am. My tech arrived around 8:15. Everything went smooth. I called the company that I had been with since 2008 to cancel my monitoring and they wanted to send a tech out to give me a free upgrade that I talked to them about just 2 days prior.

Our Tech, Jessie, was exceptional during the install. He was very knowledgable and made some excellent recommendations on what to install where. The process went smoothly and Jessie was also very thorough on every detail of the install, no matter how small. Afterward, he went through how to operate the system and I feel comfortable managing it - I appreciate the time he took to build and demonstrate the system as well. Overall, the technology and monitoring seem solid so far, the install process exceeded my expectations.
