Forte SeriesReviews of forteseries.com

I have known Forte Series Alex since he first created it and the quality of Alex's content has made me excited and interested in this brand. As someone who has used all of his products, I recommend them to everyone. And on top of that, this brand also has an amazing team working behind the scenes. When I tried to return an order I made by mistake the last time, I couldn't even get it so I returned it. When I wrote to the Forte Team about this, they responded very quickly and efficiently, and were very helpful. I want to say a special thank to Christine, she is amazing! Thank you so much for supporting in every step of the way!

I’ve bought from Forte and since launch and I have gotten nothing but well-fitting quality products (and hair care). Recently there was a shipping issue with my order where my package was lost and not only did the team reship my order, but they also were the quickest and best customer service I’ve ever had. 10/10 experience with thorough and attentive customer service. Christine was fantastic!

After trying so many different products and nothing worked well for me I ended up at Forte I asked them for advice and got a quick response and ordered what they recommended and after so many failed hair products the argan oil sea salt spray and the styling cream from Forte finally worked well for me

I've tried nearly all of Forte's products, from the hair stylers, the prestyler like the argan oil and sprays, the shampoo and conditioner, the combs and brushes, the hair dryer, the charcoal face mask and even the fragrances. I'm greatly impressed by the quality of the brand and will continue to enjoy their products as my favorite hair care brand.

Forte Series is legit. Their customer service is excellent. I bought their new cologne, and it came defective. Forte got back to me very fast to fix the issue and get me a new one. I’ve used most of their products and my hair has never looked better. Alex is a stud and I’d recommend his products to anyone!

There was a problem with my delivery. It probably got lost somewhere in transit. The Forte customer service did great in handeling my problem and also gave me a partial refund for the massive delay. So yeah, I would definately order here again. Not only because of the great customer service, but also because the Forte products are really nice in general.

I have always been inspired by Alex Costa, and have followed him from a very long time. I will say this -he has put in a lot of quality and work in his products and his team. Customer service was one of the best part of forte team. I had an issue, which I thought won’t be resolved, but it was quickly fixed by the customer service team, especially “Bryan”. Cannot be more satisfied with the service. Absolutely amazing.

I’ve been a customer for over a year and I have bought for forte series products like their monthly bio tin gummy’s, and I usually use their thickening spray and clay to improve my hairstyle pairing with their forte series hairdryer. It’s the best combo that any customer could ask for I highly recommend them give it a try you won’t regret it.
