Was charged double the price because of duties. This wasn't mentioned anywhere on the site. Usually this is included in the shipping. Emailed support but never received a response. Very disapponted. Even bought 4 items to receive "free" shipping at the time of checkout.

Absolutely terrible experience with Forte Series. I placed my order weeks ago and honestly, the whole process has been a joke from start to finish. The biggest problem is the tracking. I was given tracking information, but it was basically useless. The tracking made it look like something was happening with the shipment, while in reality there was no meaningful progress for an extremely long time. If you provide a tracking number, customers expect it to actually reflect what is happening with their order. Then comes the customer service. I contacted them multiple times because I had been waiting for weeks, and getting a clear answer was ridiculously difficult. I shouldn’t have to send message after message just to find out what is happening with an order I already paid for. At some point, I genuinely stopped knowing whether my order was actually being shipped or whether I was just being told to keep waiting. Delays happen. That’s understandable. But delays + unclear tracking + poor communication + barely any customer support is completely different. I didn’t pay to spend weeks chasing a company for basic information about my own order. At this point, I’m asking for a refund because I’ve completely lost confidence in this order ever arriving within a reasonable timeframe. Honestly, this has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had. The products might be good, but if the company can’t properly handle orders, shipping and customer communication, none of that matters. Do better.

Due to a technical issue during our website overhaul, an automated shipping confirmation and tracking number were sent prematurely, before the items were physically packed and shipped from our fulfillment center. Avoid, poor quality items. No chance of a refund, they promise it but then just ignore your emails. Scammers avoid. I have reported them to watchdog however online so probably a waste of time. However reviews are king. All these 5 star reviews are nonsense. AVOID!!!

I purchased a small shaver from Fortate sadly it doesn't work, there was very few instructions also they say there is a red light when charging which there isn't and no green light when charged again no light. I emailed Fortate and they asked me to send a video so their engineer could see it. I told them there was no point as there is nothing to see, I have sent 2 or 3 emails asking for a refund and where I need to send it back but I haven't heard back from them. Very disappointed.
