Very helpful and fair. I love my bed!

Miles and Kelly are wonderful. They understand that a bed is an important purchase, and they're caring and patient enough to stick with you until you're satisfied. We returned our first choice for a Tempur Cloud Breeze, and the customer service was awesome the entire time. Thanks!

Very helpful- easily switched out base when it we chose one that was too big. Good service.

I went to UM originally because I got "taken" for another bed I had purchased from someone close by in town. But the guys at UM were kind, understanding and really tried to find out what I needed and wanted. Being a large person I have issues finding beds that dont sag etc and they were willing to help me find the right fit.I had to return the bed at first due to it being a bit soft but they were more than accommodating and tried getting me a bed that worked. Great staff, great products.

Thanks for the pillows.
