Amazing, I had a seemingly impossible probelm, and a solution was found by an expert.

We have a soft spot for the "seemingly impossible" ones. 😄 We're so glad our support team could help track down a solution. Thanks for the kind words and for giving us the chance to turn an impossible problem into a solved one! - The Formidable Team

I started using Formidable Forms at the beginning of my Wordpress journey about 6 years ago and I continue to be impressed by its power and ease of use in developing not just forms but quite complex web applications with little or no coding. The product continues to evolve with new functionality and integrations released regularly. On the few occasions I’ve required technical support I’ve always had a high quality experience.

Wow! 6 years! We truly appreciate your loyalty and support over the years. Here’s to many more ahead! Love that you’ve gone from forms to full-on apps without needing to wrestle with code. That kind of build power without the headache is exactly what we aim for. Also great to hear support has come through when needed. We’ll keep the updates rolling so there’s always something new to explore. Thanks for building with us and being part of the journey. -The Formidable Team

Really great software with an enormous range of options. It was above what I needed as a very small startup so I went with a more basic platform. When I cancelled with Formidable Forms I explained why. Sadly I am being smashed with daily phone calls ever since. Very intense sales is a big turn off for me and unfortunately it has tarnished the great work of the developers.

Thank you for the kind words about the product, Sarah. I would love to chat about the phone calls you are receiving since we don't do any outbound phone marketing. All of our marketing is done via email, so this report is concerning. Would you please contact us so we can discuss what is happening here? You can reach out at [email protected] so we can look into this for you.

Awful. I canceled my subscription (last year) immediately to test their Lite version. There are better options available. Fifteen months later, my credit card was charged for a renewal, despite not having any subscription. My credit card did not show any subscription charge from the reference period, but I did find a recent renewal notice in my spam folder, prior to my credit card charge last week. I had three rounds of threatening Formidableforms before they claimed they are refunding the full amount. But first they tried to charge an administrative fee. They claim it will take 10 or 15 days to process the refund but I will lodge a complaint with my credit card company because they may well do nothing. Look closely at the reviews on Trustpilot. It is far too easy to inflate their average score with false reviews. And do they send renewal notice emails that are destined for spam folders? My issue is not the only complaint about false subscription renewals.
Response from Formidable FormsMay 4, 2026
We're sorry for this experience. Being charged after cancellation is not acceptable, and we understand why you're frustrated. We are reviewing our renewal notification processes to learn how we can do better and to ensure renewal emails don't land in spam folders.

I’ve been using Formidable Forms for WordPress projects and I’m genuinely impressed. The plugin is highly flexible and works great not only for simple contact forms, but also for much more advanced use cases. What I really like is that even complex forms and custom solutions can be built in a clean and manageable way without becoming unnecessarily complicated. The interface is clear, the features are powerful, and the overall experience feels very well thought out. For anyone working professionally with WordPress and looking for more than just basic forms, I can definitely recommend Formidable Forms.

Really appreciate this, thank you. We’re especially glad to hear you’re pushing Formidable beyond basic forms and still keeping things clean and sane, that’s no small feat. Always nice when “powerful” doesn’t turn into “why did I do this to myself,” so we’re thrilled it’s striking that balance for you. Thanks for building cool stuff with it and for the recommendation. -The Formidable Team

Formidable Forms and their support team have enabled my small business to operate at a completely different level. Not only have they developed an exceptional product—one that has allowed me to build highly valuable workflows and applications for my clients—but their support team consistently goes above and beyond. They are always willing to assist and regularly provide innovative workarounds or tailored solutions for requirements that may not be available out of the box. With a few thoughtful adjustments, they help transform the platform into something even more efficient, effective, and genuinely impressive. 😎

Thanks for this, seriously fun to read. Sounds like you’ve been putting Formidable through its paces in the best way. We’ll pass your kind words along to the team. They’ll especially appreciate the “innovative workaround” love, turning edge cases into “yep, that works” is kind of their favorite game. Appreciate you building cool stuff with us. - The Formidable Team
