Been using Formidable for 8 years & it's great. I have only needed Tech support a few times, but having a license & access to helpdesk tech support makes a huge difference if you get stuck. Quick responses. Only needed support a few times but the helpdesk person always helps me get unstuck. This time Toyin provided a helpful video & his replies were accurate & assisted in me identifying the problem with my form. Keep it up Formidable Forms.

The solution is very useful and helpful. I cannot see how to stop the subscription and had to ask support for the invoice with the correct, new address. This should be automated for better customer experience...

Hi Joanna, Thanks for the feedback. We'll look into this to see what we can do to make this more clear. Your Account page includes a form where you can set the address for your invoice. You can also control your subscription on the Account -> Billing page.
